If the following screen appears when you log in to your tmail mailbox, it is because you have not enabled two-step verification for your TMU account.

Please go to the "Google Mail Two-Step Verification Code Application Form" to apply for an 8-digit backup code.

Note: The 8-digit backup code can only be used once and may happen again in a short period of time.
To avoid being locked out next time, please be sure to complete the following steps:
1. Open your Google Account.
2. Select "Security" in the navigation panel.
3. Under "How to sign in to Google", select "Two-Step Verification" and "Get Started".
4. Follow the steps on the screen.
