Dear TMU Faculty, Staff, Students, and Alumni,
In accordance with the [Taipei Medical University Email Management Regulations], the system executed a suspension of accounts exceeding cloud storage limits on December 10, 2025. As a result, some accounts have been temporarily deactivated.
⚠️ Important Reminders:

Action Deadline: Please complete your data cleanup by January 9, 2026, to avoid an account reset. Failure to do so will result in the permanent deletion of all your data.

Post-Activation: Once your account is reactivated, please immediately delete unnecessary files and back up your important data.
Consequences of Non-Compliance:
If your storage is not reduced to the required limit by the deadline, the Office of Information Technology will perform an account reset on January 9, 2026.

Data Loss: After the reset, all existing data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Account Status: Your account will return to its initial (empty) state.

Password Change: No further notification will be sent after the reset. Your login password will be restored to your birthdate in YYYYMMDD format (e.g., if you were born on January 1, 1990, your password will be
19900101).
